It all starts with memories. A feeling. Nostalgia. A desire to capture the essence of a person while they are still with you or when you’ve already had to say goodbye.
Either way, it starts with an image. A old picture of my grandmother and grandfather, and the wish of my mother to have something she could gaze at, a bit bigger than just those little tiny pictures that were taken in the 40’s and 50’s of last century.

I will need an original picture to work with (jpg/pdf) and will also send you a preliminary concept to approve. Once the painting process starts, it’s out of your and into my inspired hands. Count approximately 6-8 weeks from order to final painting delivered at your doorstep (EU countries!). Non-EU orders are possible, but not standard practice… we’ll figure it out.
PS: Timings are approximate, depending on where you are on the waiting list.
